I am trying to find the date of emigration and ship to America in the late 1800's. Any help appreciated.

Halvor Jørgensen Sannæs (47), from Valle Setesdal (Vest Agder county), emigrating from Kristiansand on 05-May-1882.

Sannes, Halvor emigrated from Valle, Setersdalen 1882. Pioneer- Farmer at McIntosh, MN. His son Arne Sannes, Transport business in Gonvick, MN since 1910.

Thanks for the help. I am learning how to find this information but the help is greatly appreciagted. May I ask if you could direct me to the Digital Arkivet to find the name of the ship and date of departure.
