In 1900 Dorthea, her husband John Tønnesen and their 4 children live on Tanager farm in Sola parish of Haaland. Her parents still live on one of the Lilleland farm households there.

Research Dorthea and her parents in the records of Sola, Madla i Håland.

Start with the 1900 Norwegian census which will give you at least approximate birth years so that you know what time periods to check for the records.

There are also published bygdeboks for that area that you can consult.
