| I am hoping to learn the date of death/cause for my great grandparents - Hans Hansen, b. 22 Dec 1841 in Bremsnes, and Kristine Elemine (or Ellemina Christine) Tormundsdatter Hansen, b. 11 Sept 1860, Sogne. They married 11 Jan 1885 in Barbu. Six children were born to them between 1881 and 1899 in Barbu. Thank you! |

Thank you "eibache" and "hasto".
The children are: Hanne (1881), Hans August (1884), Karl Torinius (1888), Clara (1891), Inger Amanda (1894) and Hedvig Agathe (1899). I also know that the three female children all settled in the United States; the boys I know nothing of.
I am very puzzled by the additional surname, Hjelseth, which shows on the 1910 "Folketelling"! |
