The Anchoria (1) was one of 5 identical sisters built 1873 - 1878. The other sisters were the Ethiopia built 1873, Bolivia built 1874, Devonia built 1877 and the Circassia (1) built 1878. The Anchoria had passenger accommodations for about 200 1st class passenger, 100 2nd class passengers and 800 steerage passengers. Below you can see two of the other sisters, the Devonia and the Ethiopia.
