This ship sailed with emigrant passengers for the Dominion Line from 1899, mainly between Liverpool and Quebec, Montreal or Portland. In 1907 she was chartered by the Red Star Line for transatlantic voyages between Antwerp and New York. On this picture the ship is shown at Antwerp where she served as an accommodation ship for English black-legs which had been brought from London to break the dockers' strike at Antwerp 1907.
