In 1866 the bark Eos departed from Stavanger May 3, and arrived at Quebec June 5. She was sailing in ballast, and was carrying 254 steerage passengers. The ship was mastered by Capt. T. C. Hausken and had a crew of 18. When the ship arrived to Quebec the crew had been reduced to 17, as one of the seamen had fallen over board. Her tonnage was 449 tons.
