steerage passengers, all well at arrival. There were two births on the voyage, on June 20th, Peder Gunder, son of Thomas Nilsen (50) and I. Mikkelsdatter (42) was born, and on June 23rd, Edvart Pedersen, son of Marit Eriksdatter (25) was born. She was mastered by Capt. Hansen and had a crew of 12. This ship was announced together with the brig
Kong Carl of Tønsberg/Åsgårdstrand. The passengers on this voyage are listed on passenger lists kept by the National Archives of Canada [NAC], and in the Christiania police emigration records held by Statsarkivet.

There were three deaths from bronchitis on the voyage. They were: 6 month old Mons, son of Ole Monsen Espeland (34) and his wife Synneve (23), then Tollef (3) son of Aslak Brynildsen Ulvesaker (28) and his wife Elisabet (26), and last Christian (4) son of Ole Ludvigsen Enæs (28) and his wife Boe (26). The Kong Sverre was mastered by Capt. Carl Hansen, and had a crew of 12. The passenger list is kept by the National Archives of Canada [NAC].
