Tonnage was 199,5 Norwegian Commercial lasts. Owner was Jørgen Olsen Grefstad in Grimstad. In 1869 the bark Lyna, 199½ Norwegian Commercial lasts, arrived in Quebec from Bergen in ballast. She was carrying 186 steerage passengers and 2 cabin passengers. There was an outbreak of measles and when the ship arrived the quarantine station on Grosse Île 27 were sick and 3 passengers had died. 18 passengers were taken to the hospital on Grosse Île. There were two births on the voyage. The Lyna was mastered by Capt. T. Lie (of Fevig), with a crew of 12.
