An online family tree at familysearch by Henrik Andreasen gives Sara daughter of Holger Stoltenberg this birth date:
17 December 1788
Kragerø, Telemark, Norge

Also suspicious is that Holger father of Sara was born 1772 and she b 1788, physically possible but unlikely.

I have Sara's parents as; Holger Henrichsen Henrichsen Stoltenberg born 1761 in Tonsberg, died 1804. Her mother as Anna Maria Josepha Von Koss born 1757 i Gjerstad, died 1818

I have updated the sheet of children to fix one error and to add the name used by the mother in the baptism records.

Children of Ole Hansen Myhre

Hans Bernt Feb 8, 1817 bap June 24, 1817 Maria Jacobsdatter

Erik June 5, 1819 bap Oct 16, 1819 Sara Maria Jacobsdatter

Carl Johan July 21, 1821 bap Nov 18, 1821 Sara M: Jacobsdatter

Josefa Bernhardine Jan 18, 1824 bap May 2, 1824 Sara Maria Jacobsdatter

Olava Charlotte May 16, 1826 bap Sep 3, 1826 Sara Maria Stoltenberg

Kristian Henrik Nov 3, 1828 bap Jan 4, 1829 Sara Maria Stoltenberg

Helge August Oct 4, 1831 bap May 12, 1833 Sara Maria Stoltenberg

For the baptism of Josefa there is a Anne Stoltenberg as a witness.

And there is a Jacob Stoltenberg married in 1771 in Tønsberg, Vestfold. But may have died in 1779

Here is a birth / baptism for a Jacob b to Olle Stoltenberg and Maren Larsdtr in Fjære:
https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:NWPB-X2R

There is a mention of a Jacob Stoltenberg in a Fjære bygdebok at the National Library site but requires a Norwegian IP address to view.

Bit of a snafu though as Anne Marie Josefa as mentioned by OP died in 1818, hard to stand faddernes when you're gone....

There is a Josefa Marie Koss age 56 who dies in 1818:

I went back to the Geni Tree to see if some information could be gotten from the work that would have been done there. Found this that I overlooked the first time.

Would seem to be referring to Anne Magdalene Moss January 30, 1778
Kragerø, Telemark, Norway. But if so then Sara Maria would have been born before 1778?

Name: Anna Magdalena Hendrichsdatter
Gender: Female
Birth Date: 30 jan 1778
Baptism Date: 6 feb 1778
Baptism Place: Kragero, Telemark, Norway
Father: Hendrich Moss
Mother: Anna Maria Josepha Koss
FHL Film Number: 126947

I think Jackie has been here before.

Then the tree lists Peter Henrich as her brother b 1796 Buskerud. Major Peter Falck Von Koss and Maria Josefa Von Koss.

Last entry right hand page

Here is Peter Falk von Koss and wife Anna Maria Josepha Moss and son Peter in 1801. One would think that if Anna Maria had a daughter in 1790 that she would be with her mother.

Link

They married Jan 29, 1788 Kragero, Telemark, Norway

Link

Children of Anna Maria Josepha Koss and Henrich Moss Married 16 mar 1775 , Baptism date given All from Kragero, Telemark except Peter.

Joseph Albert Feb 26, 1776

Friderica Henriksdatter Feb 6, 1778

Anna Magdalene Feb 6, 1778

Andreas June 28, 1779

Maria Elisabeth Oct 14, 1782

And with Peter Falch Married Jan 29, 1788

Peter Henrich July 9, 1796

My conclusion from above post is that I could not find a record for Anna Maria Joseph Koss as the mother of Sara Maria Jacobsdatter Stoltenberg.

Cobbling together information from several trees, I put together this family of interest.

Childen of Henrich Vincents Stoltenberg and Sara Maria Theodore Bredesen of Ås, Akershus

Regitz Sophia 1759

Holger Henrichen Stoltenberg 1761 (Holtenberg ?)
(Supposed father of Sara Maria Jacobsdatter Stoltenberg wife of Ole Hansen Myhre}

See next post for information on Holger

Brede Plade Stoltenberg (Holtentberg ?) Sep 27 1762 Ås, Akershus father is Henric Holtenberg ? (father of the Sara Mari Theodore Stoltenberg found by Jackie and born 1792

1801

Anne Henrikke Stoltenberg 1764
(possible witness for one of the children of Sara Maria Jacobsdatter Stoltenberg}

Karen Petronella 1765

Vincent 1766 - 1771

Gregors 1769

Vincent 1771

Henric 1776
