I am hunting for images of ships that would have left (Oslo) in 1887 for Hull England. I am also interested in transatlantic ships that would have left from Dover and sailed to NYC. Thank you in advance for your help.

I will be using these images to create fundraising items for our local Daughters of Norway Lodge.

Hi Sue The Ships List has pictures and further down on the page there are links to sites with pictures.
To find the names of ships that sailed in 1887 click on the Departures 1825-1925 link above. If you click on the ships name you will get more information and some have pictures of the ship.
To find transatlantic ships, click on the Ship Arrivals 1870-1894 link above although I'm not sure you will find any sailing out of Dover

Thank you very much.. I think you are right about Dover, I think I got it mixed up with Liverpool.
