Hi I'm new to this site, I was just searching to find out what happened to the ship my father sailed on as ships florist in the 1920s to 1930s.

When I was a lad my dad used to thrill us with stories of how he sailed around the world as a crew member of the 20,000 ton steam ship the SS Resolute on 144day cruises around the World.

I have 3 of the cruise catalogues 1929, 1930 and 1932 they show the full itinery of 62 countries visited, lots of pictures etc.

Any one out their interested in any of this stuff?

If so I could show pictures etc.

Sorry Berni, things have been very busy lately with the passenger list project. I think the cruise catalogues would be of great interest, I actually have it as a "want to do" project for the future to do something on the "midnight sun cruises". I hope you will accept my apologies for not responding to you before.
