I HAVE READ OTHER ARTICLES AND MANY OF YOU SPEAK OF S.A.F.E. BUT I CAN'T FIND THE WEBSITE AND DON'T KNOW WHAT IT STANDS FOR. CAN ANYONE HELP?

An article that was in the forum on 26/11/03 that sounded helpful. But I tried and tried and I can't get S.A.F.E. to open up, I thought knowing what it stood for may help.

It is the Cimorelli Immigration Manifests Online. website.
Here is a link to the main page. I don't know where S.A.F.E. comes from other than it is part of the URL without the periods.
