Could some kind person look up the following person John E Targsdal(could be spelt differant) mothers maiden last name Carroll, on any records available from 1869-1890. I have checked English records & the Morman immigration records but cannot find him. He was born in 1869 & later appears on an 1891 census. I do not know where else to try.
