I am interested in obtaining the passenger name lists for ships leaving Liverpool from June 12 to June 26, 1873. I have the list of ships that the Tasso 1 would have connected with but have not been able to obtain the name list. I am searching for which ship my great-grandfather, Carl O. Johnson, came to America on and in which port he entered.

I found one possibility. Ship SS Algeria from Liverpool and Queenstown to New York. Arrival 11 June 1873. Listed are a family as Follows: Christian Johnsen, age 43, Marthe Johnsen, age 43, Carl Johnsen, age 19 and Martin Johnsen, age 15. Origin Norway, Distination USA. Note the spelling is Johnsen. No other hits I hope this helps. Jim
