I know this isn't Norway but am getting desperate to find which ship my grandfather sailed on from Finland to England (most probably Hull). He is not on any ship sailing from Finland, so think he must have travelled via Sweden. He spoke Swedish so wouldn't have been any problem.
His passport was issued 31.08.1891 so I think he must have sailed around this date.
Can anyone offer any help please?

What was his name? when was he born? where? did he go on from England to another port? include that passport date again for ease of any person deciding to attempt lookup.

Sorry if I didn't give enough information. His name was Frans Henric Rosman and his passport was issued 31.08.1891. His passport number was 609.
He eventually ended up in London but the date I don't know.
He was a journeyman tailor from the Pori Province of Finland.
He is not on the passenger lists of boats leaving Finland so must have travelled via Sweden.
