Knud Iverson Fenne, born Febr. 7th 1880, in Voss, Norway, was registered as passenger with a prepayed ticket on Thingvalla line in Bergen on Sept. 1st 1896. He probably travelled with a feeding ship from Bergen to Kristiansand, then with the steamer Thingvalla from Kristiansand on Sept. 17th 1896 arriving in New York on Oct. 2nd or 3rd. 1896.
I don't find him in any passenger list or in the Ellis Island register.
Is it possible to verify on which Thingvalla ship he travelled and where in the US he landed ?

There is one Knud Iversen, 16 arrived on the S/S Hekla (Thingvalla Line) at Ellis Island NY on Sept 16. It looks like Knud was going to his father in Wisconsin (prepaid)?
He would have left Bergen on a Coastal steamer Sept 1 and arrived Christiansand Sept 3 when S/S Hekla stopped there to pick up passengers on her route Copenhagen – Christiania (Oslo) - Christiansand – New York
