I am searching for a passenger list for the Aaro ship that sailed from Trondheim on 11 April 1911. I am looking for Johan August Engman and wife Greta Sofie Engman. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Uff da, there are no existing passenger lists for feeder ships from Norway I'm afraid. The only source for this would be the police emigration records, which are not passenger lists but a register of all emigrants leaving specific ports on various ship. However, by using them we can to some extent reconstruct the passenger list.

Thank you Borge for answering. I was just hoping to find more information than I have on them through the original ship record. Thanks for letting me know and I will look in some other area now. Thanks so much.

Børge is correct. You could use the police register to fairly well reconstruct a list - Johan and Grete appear in the Trondheim register here -

Using that database try narrowing it down to all those in the same, year, date and ship name...
