I hope I was able to post a picture of two yong men. One is wearing a sailor's uniform. When the picture is enlarged, you can barely see the word "Royal" on his cap. Also its looks like the symbol for engineer on his sleeve. I am trying to find out if he is wearing a Norwegian uniform and also trying to find information about the ship Otterstad. Would greatly appreciate hearing from anyone about him.
