Was curious if anyone has copies of passenger lists for 1901 for the S/S Hekla (2), Norge or Island

Where have you already looked? Did you see the entries on this website for departures in the year 1901? If you did, then you saw that each of the ships you named made several departures and appear to have been headed for New York.
Did you check for the passenger lists of arrivals in New York for that year? The US National Archives will still have copies. The LDS Family History Library will probably have copies of those too.
Did you look at the online databases for departures (emigrant protocol) from the various Norwegian ports in 1901?
