You should be able to get it from a number of places. The passenger lists for New York are archived by NARA, but are also filmed by the LDS. You should probably be able to get the film on ILL.
You do not state at what port the person you are looking for landed. The Bergensjord also called at Halifax (29.03.1925), for those passengers there should be a passenger list archived by NAC.
