Hi,
looks like your people moved to Målselv, Troms county: click here
She is 29 at the time of marriage, indicating she is born in 1836 +/- 1yr.

Here is another record of the marriage. He is listed as a painter, and has a smallpox-vaccination certificate from 24 OCT 1846, hers is from 17 NOV 1848...

On this map, Sjåk is close to Hamar, while Målselv is near Tromsø. Quite a distance to move!

Here they are in census 1865: click here

They have two girls; Mari (5) and Anna Marie (1), not christened yet, so prob. born autumn 1865.

Their last name is Stenersdatter, which indicates that their father is a man named Stener, and not Jakob....
However, this record points to Jacob as the father of the youngest girl.

Btw; what's your source for the birth date November 17th?
And what happened to this family? Did the emigrate to the US?

What about trying to locate the christening record of her daughter Mari Stenersdatter? She looks to be born in Lom, Oppland in 1860-1862. Maybe there is more info about Marie Olsdotter there? A farmname or something would be very interesting!

Unfortunately, it looks like there's no available online churchbook from Lom, Oppland, for this period (1800-1870), so the only possibility is microfilm.

The only possibilty in the 1865-census for Lom are these people: click here

Ole Pedersen & Synne Sølfestsdatter, both born ca. 1807
Farm name: Storlien nedre
District: Bæverdalen
Parish: Lom
County: Oppland
