Maybe a shot in the dark, but Rootsweb.com have a record of one

Andrew Hansen, born 10 Jul 1879, dead February 1964, Last Residence = Washington.
SSN= 533-03-7195.

SSN is his social security number, or "personnummer" in norwegian.

Maybe it's your man?
