HELP WITH TRANSLATION PLEASE!!!!

Pls. help with this translation. I have an emigration permit and am unable to decipher a word.
It reads as follows: He is not "
oqlevich" here
It may read aglevich or aglenich. Do any of these look somewhat familiar???

Thanks for the scan. The word is "ægteviet" = "married". It is to say that he was never married while living in Vinje. Do you understand the rest?
