I believe that their name could have been spelled RONNINGSGRIND. I think that their Family farm was in Trondheim. Hans Toresen RONNING was married to Karen Olsdrotter (Sundlisaeter) Ronning. I think Hans was born in 1835 in Verdalen. Karen was born in 1835, I don't know where. I think that they had five Children. I would like to know more info. on Hans and Karen. When they were married and where. I would also like to know about their Parents. If anyone could help me I would appreciate it. Thank you!

Perhaps uses a surname "Storlie" in the 1865 census and lives in Trondheim -

Hans was son of Thore Bergsvendsen and Gulla Hansdatter marriage 1825 Same record "submitted"

Children (LDS IGI):
1. BARBRA : 04 SEP 1825 Singsaas,
2. INGEBORG : 13 MAY 1827 Singsaas
3. BERGSVEND : 29 NOV 1829 Singsaas

6. HANS : 18 OCT 1835 Singsaas
7. NIELS : 22 JUL 1838 Singsaas

Rønning farm, Singsaas in 1801 census

Thore and Gulla get the Rønning farm from her parents. Because of that they honour Gulla's mother by renaming her first. Gulla is named after her g-grandmother Gullau Joensdatter (76) living on the farm in 1801.

Thore Bergsvendsen was born on Bjerklien in Støren parish. He was (5) in 1801 census
