Seeking parish and county for Trondheim and Tonsberg.

I am new to the forum and need advice.
Jens Olsen born 1868 Trondheim immigrated to NY about 1880/85.

He married: Fredrikke Solberg born 11 Aug 1866 in Tonsberg.
Her parents were Johann August Solberg and Eva Ausdersdatter??

Would it be useful to first look for them on a census?

Here is a possible match for Eva Solberg:
http://digitalarkivet.uib.no/cgi-win/webcens.exe?slag=visbase&filnamn=f00705&gardpostnr=1669&personpostnr=7140&merk=7140#ovre

And here are they in the 1865:
http://digitalarkivet.uib.no/cgi-win/WebCens.exe?slag=hentglobal®ister=etternavn&pgj=128&teljing=ft1865&filnamn=f60705.wc2&amt=7&funnenr=499

It seems that both parents of Fredrikke was swedish.

Here are parishrecords from Soer Troendelag ( county)
http://www.arkivverket.no/URN:kb_read?idx_fylke=16&idx_kilde=Alle&idx_periode=&idx_textsearch=&js=j

Here are the same for Vestfold (county) where Tonsberg lies.
http://www.arkivverket.no/URN:kb_read?idx_fylke=7&idx_kommune=Alle&idx_kilde=Alle&idx_periode=&idx_textsearch=&js=j

This is a project where the national archives scan churcrecords, and publish them online.

Not all is out on the internet as for now, but additions is placed every weekday (new on tuesday to saturday). (it refreshes every night)
Why not check out the parishrecords (Birth of course) for "Domkirken in Trondheim 1866-1877"? It is in the list of the county "Soer Trondelag"

Hello again.
Just wanted to mention this site:
http://www.vestfold-slekt.net/english.html

It is for the Tonsberg-side. (and other places in the county of Vestfold)

I guess if you do not find anything, you could use "Contact"? on the site?

Good luck in finding your roots!
