Two persons who registered as new members has been spamming other members via e-mail sent from the forum. We are very sorry about that.
The first person registered as: "princessfatu" on 23/08/2006, and the second as "liliadikko" on 24/08/2006. They have now been blocked. They used the forum to launch their "Africa scam" (or "Nigeria" scam) campaign.
NOTE: All registration of new members has been prohibited till further notice
The forum e-mail function has been disabled till further notice, this also involved notification of new posts to subscribed topics.
We do urge all our member to do as stated in our privacy statement: "If you believe someone is sending you advertisements (spam) as a result of the information you provided through your registration, please notify us immediately."
We are opening the forum for new members again, and the e-mail option is enabled
As from today members will not be able to post e-mail massages from the forum before they reach a certain number of posts. Sorry we had to do that, but we would like to keep this board free of spam.
E-mail sent from the forum can not contain more then 100 characters. That will probably draw the "Africa scam" people away.
There has been other security changes also, which for security reasons will not be announced. There will be some other changes in the near future.
