Please slow down. Organize your questions carefully. You don't need to double/triple post to this forum when simple questions with enough information for us to understand what you are actually looking for will work much more effectively.
Yes, we know where Kvikne Norway is. There are two districts in Norway called Kvikne - one of them in Hedmark, the other in Oppland.
WHO are you looking for? When were they born? in Kvikne? When did they leave Norway?
If you have information about parents and/or siblings be sure to include that.
