Ole Matias Paulson said on the Stjerne Line on a free pass on April 4, 1902. He was listed as a railroad worker going to Manitoba Canada.

This is from his emigration record 49406.

Marie Olena Mathews, 102, of International Falls, died on Thursday, March 1, 2012 at her home. Marie was born on January 4, 1910 in Littlefork, Minnesota. She grew up in Littlefork and later moved to Int'l Falls. The former Marie Paulson married Charles Henry Mathews on April 5, 1944. She was a homemaker, and enjoyed sewing, quilting and crafts. Marie also loved the outdoors. She was a member of Littlefork Lutheran Church.She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles; parents, Ole and Anna Paulson; son, Rodney Mathews; two daughters, Marian Lagerstrom and Eleanor Fischer; and great-granddaughter, Krystall Gustafson. Marie is survived by her daughters, Diane (William) Champlin of Mt. Iron, MN and Leona (Rickie) Blanchard of Int'l Falls; son, Lyle Mathews of Int'l Falls; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; brother, Carl (Helen) Paulson of Sun City, AZ, and sister, Pearl (Viggo) Olsen of the Twin Cities.

Marie is my great grandmother . I noticed someone mention her I hope this helps I am currently trying to find out more about her parents ole and anna paulson.

Seems to be a lot of information on Ole in this thread. Not much on Anna. Here is a record from Ancestry that lists her birth date.

I did find the Oakley cemetery but I didn't see a Lester I seen a leslie.

Paulson Leslie M. 22 04/19/1947 only had when she died

Ok so I have a my heritage account and after adding all of Anna Paulson's info into it I got multiple matches along with her parents names, a few of her children, siblings etc.

In the 1891 Census the family of Olaus Olsen and Gunhild Andersdatter and two children including Ane are living on Bjerkøli. Olaus birth year is incorrect it should be 1862.

Pushing back a little further in time. This is likely the baptism record for Ole born in 1799. Father is using the farm name Auddan.

No parents listed in the 1801 Census but the last name of Maria is unusual enough and her birth year is listed so this is likely her.
