Here is the family of Ole Olsen Pramhus. and Thea Amundsdatter Pramhus. in the 1891 Census for Eidskog. Large family but the oldest child was born in 1877 so if Thea Olsen from the 1940 Census is a child of these parents and thus a sister of Inga Sofie she may have already left the nest.
1891
Also since Thea Amundsdatter the mother in this family was born around 1859 and Thea Olsdatter of Chicago was born around 1872 there may be a first wife involved in this family. Making Inga Sofie and Thea half-siblings.
A little more digging turns up the marriage of Ole Olsen and Thea Amundsdatter but not until Sept 15, 1877. So very unlikely that Thea Amundsdatter is the mother of Thea Olsen of Chicago.
#25
In fact the marriage record states that Ole Olsen was born in 1853. If so that would make him about 19 when the Thea Olsen of Chicago was supposedly born. Old enough I suppose. Also it lists him as unkarl ie bachelor, That usually means he has not been married and so if he is the father of the Thea of Chicago she would likely be born out of wed lock.
Not getting any good candidates for who was Thea Olson of Chicago. |

And Torleif Olsen is a brother of Inga Sofie Olsdatter. He is found in the 1900 Census with the parents Ole Olsen and Thea Amundsdatter.
1900
Thus it is likely that Thea is also related in some way to this same family.
Oops, I had to correct the link |

Based on your death record from Ancestry, this is likely the emigration record for Torlief
Link
Here are two link to two pages from the older data base that shows the large group traveling together in 1907. Main person is Otto Henrik Olberg and his wife Anna Otillie Olberg born Ols.
Link Page One
Link Page Two
Anna Otille Olberg born Ols* is the daughter of Ole Olsen Braate and Thea Amundsdatter, found in the 1891 Census posted earlier for the daughter Inga Sofie.

Pretty sure I found Johannes half sister
Martea Olsdr Birth: 9 March 1868 Brandval, Hedmark, Norway
Death: 27 April 1908 Harvey, Wells, North Dakota, United States
And we found Anton
But was curious if there was census after 1875 that might give a clue what happened to his other siblings.
Olivia Olsdr 5 January 1865 Grue Præstg, Hedmark, Norway
Maria Olsdr 14 May 1876 Brandval, Hedmark, Norway
Caroline Olsdr 10 August 1877 Brandval, Hedmark, Norway

Is it this one?
https://www.digitalarkivet.no/en/census/person/pf01052734003351
It lists Karen Johannes and Karoline
I couldn't Maria anywhere. I found this but seems unlikely it is her despite the month year birth date match.

I found this it doesn't list birth dates but seems pretty likely match since father matches and marriage date is after 1875 (which she is in but before 1891 census which she is not.

However I couldn't find her after that point. I guess I quit while I am ahead.
Thanks again greatly appreciate your help Vickie

Yes that looks like it is correct. Means that Ole is dead by then. The birth years are correct or very close and the farm Bukkebakken is correct. Here is the baptism record for Karoline.
