In 1610 Ole Pedersen from Talleras farm in Dovre was a delegate to Christian V's introduction to the public. Does anyone know ho he would have been selected or appointed to this role?

It was the bishop (and the local lendsmand or priest's) duty to select 12 of the most sensible and honest farmers in the area to represent the bishopric at the tribute of the King.

Thank you very much for this explanation. I could not find this information. Frankly, I wasn't certain how to locate it. You are very kind to help me.

At hvor,no Forside I found two sets of Talleras and Rudi farms around Rudi. How does one distinguish between these farms?

Hi,
the farm just below the Engelshus farm is the Tallerås farm, and just below there again, you have the Rudi farm.

The farms on the west side of the Lågen river are called Rudilykkja & Talleråsmoen.
