Is there a place on the internet that I can look up records at Skute church?

Skute church is at lake Randsfjorden in Søndre (Southern) Land parish.
Here are the church records online for Søndre Land

Søndre Land and Randsfjorden are in the southern part of Oppland county

It doesn't take too much study to be able to translate and utilize most Norwegian parish records.

Difficult to understand what you are looking for in the Skute parish records, but if you are still looking for ancestors of Olga Olsdatter, her father Ole Syvertsen was born 1848, see #21 his parents were Syver Johansen and Berte Olsdatter at the Askevik farm in Søndre Land.
He married Beate Johansdatter in 1874, see #33
she was born in 1854, see #88
and her parents were Johan Evensen and Ingebor Engebretsdatter.
In the 1865 census the family is here
