I am attempting to find more records of my ancestor Mari Amundsdatter (Vaterland). This is what I know:

She was married to Johan Thorssen 22 May 1805. That record can be seen at Fron 1799 - 1816 Ministerialbok page 306 ist column 2nd record.

I think I have her on the 1801 census from Fron # 3131 age 25

Johan died 3 December 1825. That record can be seen at Fron 1816 - 1827 Ministerialbok page 120 # 6 for 1825.

I have found a death record for a Mari Amundsdatter at Fron 1816 - 1827 page 118 # 6 for 1825. The date is 11 January 1825. Is there any indication this is the correct Mari Amundsdatter. if so within a year six young children were orphans. I am descended from the son Amund born 5 February 1816.

Thanks in advance for all help provided.

The death record for Johannes Thordsen says he was "Huusmand under Groupe, Waterland", Your ancester Amund was living at Vaterland when he was confirmed in 1830, the Mari Amundsdatter who died in 1825 was a "Gaardmandshustru living at Haverstad" - my guess is that she is not your Mari Amundsdatter.

Johanes Thorsen Waterland under Groupe and Mari Amundsdatter had a daughter Oct 15 and batized her Marit on Oct 20 1813. Have not found her confirmation record.
They baptized a son Thor on April 15 1808. He was confirmed as Tord Vaterland 1823.
When their daughter Kari was baptized July 21 1805, they were at Qwalsøe. Kari Waterland was confirmed 1821.
No other info on their mother found.
