My ala mater has an exchange programes with colleges in Norway. In fact, a member of parliment is here today to talk about it.
What about Norway, does it has a figure-head monarchy and then parliment?

Hopkins, did so, and I figure the country keeps the king and or queen around for a figure head like some other European Countries.
