I am searching for the record of a death by sea on Ship Polynesian (Montreal Ocean Steamship Company) which departed Liverpool April 19, 1875 and arrived Quebec May 10, 1875. I have scanned the manifest but do not find the death of Synneva Andersdatter who was suppose to be traveling with her sister who is on the list. She may have died on the feeder ship from Norway - most likely Bergen. Does anyone know where I could find a records of deaths at sea of Norwegians from Bergen to Quebec in the years 1873-1875?
