I am seeking living relatives of Samuel Hansen b. 21.1.1834 As Church, Akershus County, Ny. Father Hans Simensen B. 1809, m.1787,d.1849.a cotter of Syverud-plass. Also Samuel's spouse Olea Nielsdatter b.1830. Father Niels Arnesen b. 1803, m.1823, Mother Kari Larsdatter b.1797.
Samuel Hansen and his wife Olea married in Our Saviours Church Oslo in 20.5.1861. They emigrated to Ahuriri (Napier) New Zealand with their surviving children, Josephine,Hans, and Lydia, on the SS Hovding 1873. We intend to visit Scandinavia summer 2012 and wish to share a meal and extend friendship ties to living relatives of the above named and extend an invitation to our home in News Zealand. barry.erickson@xtra.co.nz Can you assist please.
