Børge - Thanks for your kind words. I think a page of links might answer. You have NAHA, Vesterheim, The Swiggum ship site and some others. People with an interest in further exploration can make their own way to these sites. I note that Vesterheim gives nothing away! How did you get to use the Næseth books? Do you feel that NAHA and Vesterheim are a bit hostile toward your efforts? I note that there is a page of links available on your front paqe. Why not just add to that? Jim

I will add the links to the "link page", the TSL link is already there.
We do actually not use the Næseth books, I am very careful about that, as we do not want to violate any copyrighted material, or to take advantage of other peoples hard work. All of our lists are transcriptions of the originals, and we often include a scan of the original. We give reference to the Næseth book, so that people might buy them, or borrow them, to get additional information about their ancestors. The Næseth books has more biographical information on the emigrants, which they have set together by using a multitude of different primary and secondary sources.
I don't exactly feel that they are hostile, just not very interested. Maybe they have enough to cope with.
