In 1866---Wish to know the last names used by my greatgrandparents, Elesus, Sigrid, and two daughters, Mali age 4 and Jorgina age 1.

I am not able to help you with the passenger list for the moment, maybe if Sue Swiggum reads this she can add something.

However, I have just received a copy of a voyage account from the Victor in 1866. I will translate it and put it up on the Victor page as soon as time permits. I am quite busy right now working on a new searchable database that we will presented on the site soon. I will reveal though, that the account lets us know that the ship was in a very bad condition, and according to the author, not suitable to carry passengers on such a long voyage.
