Appreciated the translation off the 1794 birth record. I did find the record but it will take time to be able to translate the information. Very often the handwriting is difficult. Very much appreciated the ships list in Quebec. That was a real bonus. I found the 1801 Census for Kirsti's father and he is 3 years old. Expanding on all those children should keep me busy forever.

Esten was 5 days when he was bap. in Vingelen church. Esten changed to Osten (Østen) in the US, probably pronunciated Østen in colloquially, but since the letter Ø don´t exist outside Norway and Denmark........
Esten was confirmed 1813. Anno 1813 In Tolgen church 4th Sunday after Easter Sunday Mai 16. 2) Esten Estensen Aasen vaccinated against smallpox age 19 Left column #2
