I’m searching for living descendants of the Fossum family in Toronto, Canada.

The 4th of October 1911 Marie Konstance Fossum, (born 14. May 1874) left Norway with her 10 children.

http://digitalarkivet.no/cgi-win/webcens.exe?slag=visbase&filnamn=EMIOSLO

Her husband Peder Laurentz Fossum was waiting in Canada.

In the 1960’s my grandmother’s cousin Karla Miranda Fossum visited us in Norway, and she was then married to a man named Alex or Alec. They lived in Toronto.

Does anyone know them and their family?

(I have a lot more information about the family when they lived in Norway, but I know almost nothing about their life in Canada)

Apparently the name was Alexander Reith. Here is a death record of a child whose mother was Carla Fossum at the Ontario death records at www.familysearch.org:

https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/JKH5-2F9

If you google Fossum + Ontario you will find quite a few Fossum listings. This is not to say that they are all your relatives or not but you may get an email address or other contact information with which to make contact. Here is a Kim Fossum who is a massage therapist with an email address....

I'm overwhelmed.

Given 25 years between each generation, their age would be something like this:
Gen 1: 1905 Carla M Fossum
Gen 2: 1930 Dorothy Jean (Reith) Dobie
Gen 3: 1955 Kevin Murray Dobie and Kimberly Jean (Dobie) Kelly
Gen 4: 1980 Nicole Danielle Dobie, Aidan Kelley and Alexander Joseph Kelly

Dorothy's husband Murray McGregor Dobie died in year 2000 at age 76, in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada

This could be Carla's grandson Kevin Murray Dobie and Kevins daughter Nicole in Kitchener, ON today:
K Dobie
Nicole Dobie

Thank you again, Jan Peter :-)

There would be so fun if I found some relatives alive here, and now I have come a lot closer... thank you - big smile again - :-D

By the way - The letter M in her name stands for Miranda. Given to her at birth, but never used later.

The same for her mother: Marie Konstanse Frederikke Hansen, only used Marie Hansen, married Fossum
