If you're certain that the information about her birth in Gjøvik is correct you will have to find the parish that existed in 1816 for that place. Here's what familysearch catalog has for history of Gjøvik:

"Inneholder kirkebøker fra Gjøvik by sogn. Ble utskilt fra Vardal prestegjeld i 1861. Tidligere embetsforretninger må søkes ved Vardal prestegjeld.

Contains parish registers from Gjøvik city parish. Was separated from Vardal clerical district in 1861. For earlier records see Vardal clerical district."

So Vardal is the parish to look for at the Digitalarkivet.

There appears to be only one Helen baptized in Vardal in 1816.
Her baptism is #17 on the right hand page. She was illegitimate. Her parents are Christian Hansen and Agnette Jonsdatter.

Source information: Oppland county, Vardal, Parish register (official) nr. 4 (1814-1831), Birth and baptism records 1816, page 12.

And not yours.

Here is the record for the marriage of Helene Jensdatter to Willium Andreas?. Father of Helene is listed as Jens Bjørgas. See number 5.

The family in the 1865 Census. Here Helene is married to Willium Isaksen? And birth place is listed as Bø. Some things do not add up here.

Helene Jensine Bjørgan must be Helene Jensdatter, Bjørgan

In the marriage record she was married to Willum Andreas Isachsen, she was 29 1/2 years old and born in Biri parish.

Two Helene baptized in the timeframe.

1. choice - bapt record #10 - born March 16 1817, parents Jens Henrichsen and Elie Jensdatter, nedre Nøss.

2. choice - bapt record #35 - born Sept 22 1816, parents Jens Pedersen and Sedsel Pedersdatter, Feirung eiet.

Where the farmname Bjørgan comes from is unknown. No farm with that name in Biri. Helene or her family could have moved to Nord-Trøndelag where several Bjørgan farms can be found.
