By airplane from Oslo Airport to Sandnessjøen Airport

From Sandnessjøen ca 20 minutes by ferry to Dønna (Bjørn).
From Bjørn ca 7 Miles North to Skei.
Skei is by the road on left hand

Thank you again for the helpful information! I'm so grateful to find out about my Norwegian heritage. Do the death records for Anders Benjaminson's wives include a cause of death? Kare, do you have any pictures of Skei farm?

Anders first wife was Anne Katrine Jensdatter. Is there a death record for her that states what she died from in 1879? Kare, who is Frode?

Thanks for the translation Einer. Puerperal was an infection following childbirth and her last child would have been 2or 3. Is there a way to find out if a baby had died just previous to the infection? Thank you for your continued help.

Alfred Christians record is #11. The baptism took place at home, he died before this was confirmed in church.
His death record is #5.
