I noticed that the signature page posted by Jackie was from Gig Hrabor, probably Gig Harbor, Washington I would assume. Thus this could be the Sonja listed earlier in my posting on "did he have a wife?"

Sonja Johnson Horgen in the U.S. Public Records Index, Volume 1
Name: Sonja Johnson Horgen
[Sonja M Johnson]
Birth Date: 5 Apr 1938
Phone Number: 564-0132
Address: 4617 E Maplehone Cir, Gig Harbor, WA, 98335
[4008 Chestnut Dr W, University Place, WA, 98466-1522 (1992)]
[None, Tacoma, WA, 98466 (1987)]

And this record

Name: Sonja M Johnson
Birth Date: 5 Apr 1938
Address: 4008 Chestnut Dr W, University Place, WA, 98466-1522 (1993)

Sonja and Gunnar married in 1986:
http://www.digitalarchives.wa.gov/Record/View/F226E6084E0396F9178731C0E4694848

The probable death of Ethel Horgen (possibly the Ethel Ann Horgen named on the document):
http://www.digitalarchives.wa.gov/Record/View/406584FBB48DF36E3089419F73B6094C

Ethel's brother's obituary:
Capital, The (Annapolis, MD) - Thursday, January 5, 1995
Deceased Name: Raymond Hammarberg
Raymond Alf Hammarberg, 70, of Arnold, a retired tugboat captain from the port of Philadelphia, died of cardiac arrest Tuesday at his home.

Born in Jamaica, N.Y., he was raised in Brooklyn and served in the Coast Guard during World War II.

After the war, he worked as a captain on his own tugboat based on the Delaware River at the port of Philadelphia. He retired about five years ago and took up the hobby of model boat building.

Divorced, he is survived by two sisters, Greta Torjussen of Arnold and Ethel Horgen of Gig Harbor, Wash.

Funeral and burial services will be private. Arrangements are by the Barranco and Sons Severna Park Funeral Home.

That'd be my guess but it's strictly circumstantial right now since a marriage record for them hasn't been found.

One thought here is that it is possible for both Gunnar and Sonja to still be living.
