Here is the baptism record of Signe Andrea. Looks like her mother is Maria Sofie Hansdatter and the father is bachelor Einar Andersen. They are not married. Year is 1911.

Nr. 3

Severin Johan Hansen Sandnes married Marie Sofie Hansdtr Bjørlykke in 1915.

A little hard to guess what it is that you are looking for but in case you are looking for the census records of Hans Johannessen and wife Marte Pedersdatter here is the 1891 Census on Holene.

Seven children are listed.

I certainly apologize for not clearly stating my thoughts/questions! In the 1910 Norway Census I found "Marte Sandnes, b. 6 Jan 1847 at Sande, living in Vanylven, More og Romsdal, Norge, related to Head, in the Enumeratiion District Øren, as wife to Hans J. Sandnes with a son Han H. Sandnes and Henrik Sandnes" living in the same home. That is why I thought Marte was born in 1847 and not 1869 (or did I misunderstand the heading for 1869) as shown on the above record of her death in 1933.
The census or church records I am interested in is the family members of Severin and Marie Sofie Hansdtr Bjorlykke. Like I mentioned previously I know they had a son Haken but I would assume there are other siblings. I appreciated you time! I have spent hours researching this family and I haven't had much success.

Clippings from pages 555-556 og Bygdebok for Syvde sokn (Haakon M. Fiskaa.) vol 2.

p. 555: Hans (1849-1923) and Marta (1846-1933) had the children Kornelius, Anne, Severin, Peter, Johan and Hans. Severin is listed first with less info, because he took over the farm and is treated in more detail on the next page.

p. 556: Severin (b. 1884) and Marie (b. 1892) had the children Signe, Margit, Håkon and Magnhild. This time, Håkon is listed first with less info, as he took over the farm and in treated in more detail further down.

The match at the 1920 census that Anton also linked to above, is the latest census record publicly available, and only contains the first of the four children. Note that the adoptive son Henrik is in fact a grandson of the parents Hans and Marta, born out of wedlock in Bergen. Looking at the matching baptism record in Bergen, one can see that Henrik's mother must be Hans and Marthas oldest child Anne. Which is also confirmed by the bygdebook back at page 555.

Thanks so much for this information! Very interesting info concerning Henrik! I can't imagine a young mother leaving a young son at such a young age and leaving Norway for America!
