thanks folks for the translation - its opened up some questions there, we'll have to work out which of their 2 daughters died (Ragna Christine Andersen or Borghild Andersen) and which married and went to Denmark (we know their son Adolf was a military officer, at this time Oscar was in New York, USA - in 1926 joined by Johan and his wife Olga :)
we know Oscar had a daughter Borghild (sometimes listed as Linda, who married a Martin Gjerde (1899-1989) she disappears from view in 1992, in Minnesota, USA, had always wondered if they had kids as chances are if they did then they'd still be alive :) |
