And following the direction of Kåre, there is a John Olsen born 1855 living on Sotnak, Nesset in the 1865 Census

A Johan Olsen Sotnak f 1851, in 1875 census for Målselv:

Now I see Find a Grave has his birth date as 16 August 1855.

And in Bolsøy, More og Romsdal there is a Berit Sivertsdatter born 1854 in the 1865 Norwegian Census.

And this looks like her baptism record with a birth date that matches that of Beret of Roseau.
