I would like help translating/deciphering entry #1027 in the Dodsfallprotokol for Bergen Byfogd, 1927-29. Entry is for Margrette Mikkelsen (Alvaer), who died 12 April 1927...my grandfather's sister. I am interested in: the note below her name that seems to describe her occupation; her address; addresses of her survivors, including sister Ingeborg Mikkelsen and several nephews and nieces with last name Berg; and the note to the right of the list of survivors.
This was an unmarried lady who grew up on a farm at Alvaer, Hordaland, then moved with mother and sisters to Bergen about 1905. There she lived with unmarried sister Ingeborg and, eventually, their niece Laura Berg.
Any help would be appreciated.

fhv. husholderske - have been a housekeeper. Nothing left after her so the municipality pays for her funeral. She lived at Wolfsgt. 8
The other adr. is Sandviksvei 25.
