I did not find a marriage record for Gulbrand Gulbrandsen, son of Gulbrand Embretsen but it does appear that he had at least one child. Here from Ancestry.com.

Ebrat Gulbrandsen
in the Norway, Select Baptisms, 1634-1927
Name: Ebrat Gulbrandsen
Gender: Male
Birth Date: 1 okt 1866 (1 Oct 1866)
Baptism Date: 6 jan 1867
Baptism Place: , Elverum, Hedmark, Norway
Father: Gulbrand Gulbrandsen
Mother: Anne Evensdr
FHL Film Number: 124282

And from Digitalarkivet, See number 4. Lists him with the Sørli farm name. In a coincidence the birth of his son (listed as illegimate) is listed on the same page as the birth of Atlanta his niece shown above at number 198

A little mystery. This looks like Ebart in the transcription from Ancestry.com for 1875 Census. Why he is here and not with either mother or father is curious. Although I see that in the 1865 Census the family has a young ward Hanna Pedersdatter who is listed as deres Lægdslem so they may just have been a family that boards poor children for a fee from the state?

Ebrat Gulbrandsen
in the Norway, Select Census, 1875
Name: Ebrat Gulbrandsen
Gender: Male
Birth Date: abt 1866
Birth Place: Elverum
Residence Date: 1875
Residence Place: Bækkeengen, Hedmark, Norway
Age: 9
Clerical District: Elverum
Circuit Number: 11
List Number: 38
Farm Number: 372a
FHL Film Number: 273149
Household Members:
Name Age
Olea Gundersdatter 59
Embret Johansen 21
Hanna Pedersdatter 14
Ebrat Gulbrandsen 9

Here is Olea and family in the 1865 Census.
