I found a death notice for a Siri (?) Andreas Andersdtr Hellesen b.1784, died April14,1834 and buried April 20, Bakklandet. She was 50 years old. Could this be Andreas Hellesen's first wife?

She is a good candidate. A marriage record would be one way to confirm this.
In 1801 she would have been 17 Years old, see 1801 census.

Here is a long shot possible in the 1801 for Anders Hellesen. But maybe you already have this reference? In this same family there is a Povel (Paul) Hellesen and there is a Paul Hellesen aged 64 reported as dying about 19 July 1841 in a Trondheim newspaper. The death notice only says survived by his widow Karen born Hauan Hellesen.
