The mothers name is Pauline Olsdatter and she was from Folde in Os parish.
The father, Halvor Svensen, was a seaman from Sande in Sande parish.

Also is there still a way to make a one page pdf copy of this and not create a booklet?

You can explore the options your browser offers...

Whatever computer and operating system you are using may also offer options. For my own setup a right click allows me to capture the digitized image and save or print it using whatever I choose and have available.

You could also contact the Digitalarkivet and inquire of them how to use their system the way you want to.

If it could be of interest I read the following info in the bapt record:
"Obs. Foreldrene der skal være forlovet? tog ind paa Skaalevig paa en Reise til Bergen, og agter uopholdelig at begive sig til deres Hjemligdr." -
Note. The parents which is supposed to be engaged? stopped at Skaalevig on a trip to Bergen, and intend immediately to go to their homeadresses.

Probably Anette Hansine Svensen in the 1875 Census.

Place of birth is wrong which made the search a little harder.

Her husband and his family in the 1865 Census before the marriage.
