In Anna's obit and her marriage record index her name was spelled Mohn and obit said she was born at Menominee. Survivors were children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, no parents names nor siblings mentioned.

Go here and search for: Volbu (Kirke)

That will take you to the church next to the Jørstad farm. Use +/- to zoom.

The farm history book "Gardar og slekter i Vang. A" (1985) by author Anders Frøholm says this about Øvre Kattevøl:
Ola Andrisson (1824-1878) married 1845 to Berte Bøyesdotter Stele (1824-1879).
Children:
Marte (1846 -)
Andris (1849 -) dead young?
Berit (1852 -)
Margrete (1856 -). To America 1880.
Andris (1860 -). To America 1880.
Bøye (1864 -)
Kristoffer (1868 -). To America 1880.

During 1847-1853 Ole borrowed a lot of money from various people, incl grocer Kahrs in Bergen.
The ability to repay was poor, and the farm was eventually put up for auction in 1853, and the family had to abandon the properties.
They lived on various places under Kvåle after that, among them Rødningsbakkene, where they also received some support from the poor relief fund.

Find-A-Grave for Ole and part of the family. Do not see an Anna in the list of children. Also Ole is listed as a widow in the census but here his wife is said to have died in 1931?

It's not the same Ole as in Chippewa county in 1905 and 1910. This Ole took a trip to Norway with his son Ole Moen Jr.

Anna O Moum in FAG buried at Menominee:
https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:QK1N-BWF6

And in same cemetery an Ole Moum labelled as Father:
https://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GSln=Moum&GSiman=1&GScnty=3008&GRid=141386514&

Anna's death record transcribed:
https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:XLS5-G9N

Ole Moum x2 in 1900 census, no Anna however:
https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MMKX-BB9

Really bizarre, Anna Nyhagen listed as housekeeper in the same house as board an Ole Moen (b. about 1870) in 1940:
https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:K7NS-YP9

A 19 year old Ole Moum comes to US to Menominee Wisconsin in 1891 from Støren:

Anna Christine is the right person as her birthdate matches Anna Nyhagen's SSDI listing birthdate, but I have not been able to find her in the 1900 or 1905 census. I don't have access to the ELCA records any longer but perhaps her confirmation record could be found?

What I know of the Anna Christina Moen Nyhagen: she was born in Mar 4,1892. she was buried in New Auburn, WI in 1979. Her husband was Edwin Nyhagen, son of Iver and Margrete. Edwin and Anna had two children: Gloria and Clifford and lived in Luck, WI in 1920. Edwin, her husband, left the family and moved to northern MN at some point. It looks as though she lived with a Fred Littles as a housekeeper from the 1930 and 1940 census. I have not located her birth record or possibly her boat record.

You could get her actual death certificate which might also have some information, since someone knew she was born in Menominee, maybe they knew something else, too.

A baptismal record is usually a good enough substitute for a missing
"civil" birth record.
